A nine-month immersive leadership experience designed to give participants a deeper understanding of Deerfield Beach while developing stronger business, civic, and community leaders.
About the Leadership Experience
Participants will come together for one immersive program day each month, with each month focused on a different part of what makes Deerfield Beach work. The experience combines education, behind-the-scenes access, conversations with community leaders, site visits, relationship building, and hands-on experiences.
Civic & Government
City history, local government operations, economic development, and the CRA.
Workforce & Infrastructure
Business growth, workforce development, education, infrastructure, and public safety.
Community & Culture
Tourism, hospitality, local nonprofits, community leadership, and the future of Deerfield Beach.
